Construction Management
For projects that have a building design completed we can offer a full range of construction management and general contracting services.
Sage Engineering, with our experienced construction and project management staff, is capable of taking on a wide range of construction projects. For full general contracting projects we can work with our client to ensure that the final project meets all of their requirements that were established in the design process and specification project. We are very confident in our ability to meet even the most aggressive construction schedules. Utilizing working supervisors we are able to control costs for our client and provide quality control throughout construction.
We are able to step into a true construction management role. With this approach we can offer a lot of flexibility to a client by working on a lump sum or hourly management and supervision basis.
For smaller projects this approach allows for the owner to control management costs while being more heavily involved in the process, while still allowing for the process to be managed professionally.
