Demolished an existing building and are constructing a new 5,275 square foot structure, including site improvements at 777 Riverdale Street in West Springfield, MA. The New Building will consist of two separate units. The first unit will be a 3,075 SF of retail/manufacturing, and the second unit is 2,200 sf of retail space.
