Project Description:
Sage Engineering designed, permitted and constructed a 28,000 S.F. office and distribution facility. The building consists of two units with 18 foot eave heights, loading docks, and multiple at grade overhead doors. The construction was for two companies one that occupies the front and one in the back of the building.
